Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Transfer to Sonamarg

Welcome to the green valley of Kashmir. Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative for assistance and transfer to your hotel in Sonamarg. Enjoy a welcome drink during hotel check-in. After refreshing, visit Sonamarg Valley, Thajiwas Glacier, and Zero Point. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (at your own cost). Overnight stay at the hotel in Sonamarg.

Day 2: Shri Amarnath Yatra via Baltal

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the sacred Shri Amarnath Yatra via the Baltal route. Trek or travel to the Holy Cave for Darshan. Return late in the evening and stay overnight in camps at Baltal or Panjtarni.

Day 3: Baltal / Panjtarni Camps – Return to Srinagar

After breakfast at the camps, depart and return to Srinagar city. Check into your hotel. Visit Shankaracharya Temple, local markets like Lal Chowk, and enjoy a majestic Shikara ride on Dal Lake in the evening. Lunch at a local restaurant in Srinagar (at your own cost). Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar Full-Day City Tour & Kheer Bhawani Temple

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Srinagar city. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens—Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal—and the revered Mata Kheer Bhawani Temple in Manasbal. Lunch at a local restaurant (at your own cost). Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5: Pahalgam Valley Excursion

After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Pahalgam Valley. Visit Chandanwari Valley, Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Sheshnag Lake, Baisaran Hills, Avantipura Ruins, Tulyan Lake, Lidder Amusement Park, and Mamleshwar Temple. Optional activities include pony rides and river rafting (at your own cost). Return to Srinagar in the late evening for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Gulmarg Valley Day Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg Valley. En route, visit Tangmarg, Children's Park, St. Mary's Church, Golf Course, Maharani Temple, Strawberry Valley, and Gulmarg Biosphere Reserve. Enjoy an optional Gondola cable car ride (Phase 1 & Phase 2 to Kungdoor/Apharwat), pony rides, or ATV rides (at your own cost). Return late in the evening to Srinagar for an overnight stay on a Deluxe Houseboat.

Day 7: Departure from Srinagar Airport

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat/hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight departure. Tour concludes with sweet memories of the Kashmir Valley.

Advance Payment: 30% advance deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters (weather, landslides, earthquakes) or political disruptions (curfews, strikes, flight/train cancellations). Extra days/expenses incurred due to such causes will be charged extra.
Protected Area Permits: Citizens of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan, or diplomatic passport holders require prior Protected Area Permits (PAP) from the Ministry of Home Affairs / Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.

Step-by-Step Registration Process for Yatris

Offline Registration: SASB offline registration typically opens in April via designated branches of Punjab National Bank, Jammu & Kashmir Bank, and YES Bank on a first-come, first-served basis.
Quota Limits: Each path (Baltal / Pahalgam) is allocated a daily quota of 7,500 pilgrims, allowing a total of 15,000 pilgrims per day (combining trekking and helicopter options).
Age & Health Restrictions: Persons under 13 years of age, senior citizens above 75 years of age, and pregnant women beyond 6 weeks are not permitted to register for the Yatra.
Required Documents for Yatra Permit:
- Duly filled official SASB Application Form.
- Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) signed and stamped by an authorized doctor or medical institution.
- 4 recent passport-size photographs (3 for permits, 1 for the application form).
