Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Katra / Jammu by Train

Board an overnight train from Delhi to Katra/Jammu to begin your sacred pilgrimage to Kashmir. Enjoy an overnight journey on board.

Day 2: Arrival in Katra

Arrive at Jammu or Katra railway station by evening and transfer to your hotel. Katra is a picturesque town in the Reasi district of Jammu & Kashmir, situated at the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains (the abode of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi). Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3: Katra to Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Srinagar. En route, travel through scenic mountain passes and engineering marvels including modern highway tunnels. Upon arrival in Srinagar, check into your hotel and relax at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar to Baltal Base Camp

After early breakfast, depart for Baltal. Upon arrival, collect your mandatory RFID card from the registration center and proceed toward the trek base camp. Experience the free food services (Langars) organized by devotional groups. Overnight stay in tented accommodation/camp at Baltal (on direct payment/at own arrangement).

Day 5: Amarnath Cave Darshan – Baltal – Srinagar

Early in the morning, proceed for the holy Darshan at Amarnath Cave. After offering prayers and seeking blessings, trek back to Baltal base camp. Meet your driver and transfer back to your hotel in Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Gulmarg Excursion

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel followed by a day excursion to Gulmarg. Experience a picturesque drive to this world-famous valley, home to the world's highest 18-hole golf course and premier ski slopes. Enjoy an optional Gondola cable car ride (subject to weather conditions, on direct payment basis). Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Srinagar Sightseeing – Jammu / Katra Departure

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and enjoy local sightseeing in Srinagar. Visit the renowned Mughal Gardens—Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh—along with the sacred Shri Shankaracharya Temple. Following sightseeing, transfer to Jammu or Katra railway station to board your evening return train to Delhi.

Exclusions

5% GST.
Entry fees to monuments, parks, gardens, museums, and temples.
Tented camp accommodation at Baltal.
Porterage, Pithu, Pony/Horse, Palki, and Gondola ride tickets.
Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, beverages, and tips.
Any cost incurred due to landslides, road blockages, natural calamities, or unforeseen weather delays.
Any item not explicitly mentioned in the Inclusions section.

Cancellation Policy

Registration Fee: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
30 Days Prior to Travel: 25% of total package cost retained as cancellation charges.
15 Days Prior to Travel: 50% of total package cost retained as cancellation charges.
Within 7 Days of Travel: 100% of total package cost charged as cancellation fees (No Refund).
Unforeseen Weather / Disruptions: In case of natural calamities or local lockdowns, a credit shell may be issued for future travel within 12 months (after deducting non-refundable airline/IRCTC cancellation charges).

Terms & Conditions

Full payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the travel date to avoid automatic cancellation.
Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM; early check-in is subject to room availability.
Vehicle AC will not operate in hilly terrains.
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and compliance with local laws and health guidelines.
Drinking alcohol or smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited during the journey.
The company reserves the right to make alternative hotel or route arrangements in case of vehicle breakdown or road blockages.
