Itinerary (Day-wise)

Day 1: Patna to Katra by Train

Board your train from Patna to Katra/Jammu.
Begin your heavenly journey toward Kashmir.
Overnight journey in the train.

Day 2: Katra Arrival

Reach Jammu/Katra station at night and transfer to the hotel.
Katra is a small town in the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir, located in the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains where the holy shrine of Vaishno Devi is situated.
Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Katra.

Day 3: Katra to Srinagar

Enjoy breakfast, check out, and proceed to Srinagar.
En route, visit various highway tunnels showcasing the engineering wonder and scenic beauty of India.
Check in at the Srinagar hotel and relax at leisure.
Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar to Baltal

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by an early morning departure for Baltal.
Collect your RFID card from the official center.
Proceed to the trek base camp.
Experience free Langar at the base camp.
Overnight stay at camp (arranged on your own).

Day 5: Amarnath Darshan – Baltal – Srinagar

Early morning movement for holy Darshan.
After Darshan, return to Baltal base camp.
Transfer back to Srinagar hotel.
Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 6: Gulmarg Excursion Tour

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by an excursion trip to Gulmarg.
Enjoy a picturesque drive to Gulmarg, home to the highest 18-hole golf course in the world.
Arrive and enjoy a Gondola ride at your own cost (subject to weather conditions). Gulmarg is renowned for its colorful meadows and ski slopes.
Return to the Srinagar hotel in the evening.
Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Srinagar Local Sightseeing – Departure to Jammu/Katra

Breakfast and hotel check-out.
Proceed for local sightseeing in Srinagar, visiting Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Shri Shankaracharya Temple.
After sightseeing, depart for Jammu/Katra railway station.
Reach Jammu/Katra station at night.
Board your return train back to Patna.

• Charges for services not specified under "Inclusions".
• Cost of additional activities, porterage, pony/palki, and tips.
• Cost of changes or additions to the itinerary.
• Entry fees to any monument, park, museum, monastery, or other visiting destinations.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages (soft & hard), bottled water, and incidentals.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations within 7 days before the trip start date: 100% of the tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Cancellations 15 days prior to the trip start date: 50% of the tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Cancellations 30 days prior to the trip start date: 25% of the tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government regulations, certain activities may be cancelled; reasonable alternate activities will be offered where possible, but no refunds will be provided.
• In case of a lockdown in the destination region, a credit shell will be released (usable within 12 months for future bookings after deduction of IRCTC/Airline cancellation charges).

Terms & Conditions

• Full payment of the tour cost must be made at least 7 days before the trip starts. Pending payments may result in cancellation of the trip.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM; early check-in is subject to room availability.
• Transportation will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and not on a disposal basis (AC will not operate in hill areas).
• Package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to force majeure events, weather conditions, traffic issues, or government restrictions.
• Guests are solely responsible for their personal luggage and belongings. Management will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle during the journey are strictly prohibited.
• The company reserves the right to terminate any participant’s tour without a refund in case of misconduct, indiscipline, or illegal activities.
