Itinerary (Day-wise)

Day 1: Bokaro to Katra by Train

Board your train from Bokaro station to Katra/Jammu.
Begin your heavenly journey towards Kashmir.
Overnight journey in train.

Day 2: Katra Arrival

Reach Jammu/Katra railway station at night and transfer to the hotel.
Katra is a beautiful town in the Reasi district of Jammu & Kashmir, located in the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains.
Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Katra.

Day 3: Katra to Srinagar

Enjoy breakfast, check out from the hotel, and proceed towards Srinagar.
En route, visit various highway tunnels showcasing the natural beauty and engineering wonders of India.
Check-in at the Srinagar hotel and relax at leisure.
Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar to Baltal Base Camp

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by an early morning departure for Baltal.
Collect your RFID card from the official registration center.
Proceed to the trek base camp.
Experience the free Langar services at the base camp.
Overnight stay at the camp (on your own arrangement).

Day 5: Amarnath Darshan – Baltal – Return to Srinagar

Early morning trek and movement for holy Amarnath Darshan.
After Darshan, return to Baltal base camp.
Transfer back to Srinagar hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 6: Gulmarg Excursion Tour

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a day excursion to Gulmarg.
Enjoy a picturesque drive to Gulmarg, famous for its colorful meadows and the world's highest 18-hole golf course.
Enjoy the famous Gondola Cable Car ride at your own cost (subject to weather conditions).
Return to Srinagar hotel in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Srinagar Sightseeing – Departure to Jammu/Katra

Breakfast and hotel check-out.
Proceed for local sightseeing in Srinagar: visit the famous Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh & Shalimar Bagh) and Shri Shankaracharya Temple.
After sightseeing, drive towards Jammu/Katra railway station.
Reach the station by night and board your return train to Bokaro.

• Hotel accommodation on twin/triple sharing basis.
• Meals as specified in the itinerary (Breakfast & Dinner).

Exclusions

• Anything not explicitly mentioned in the Inclusions list.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, mineral water, and soft/hard drinks.
• Entry fees for monuments, parks, museums, or gardens.
• Ponies, porters, helicopters, or special conveyance fees during the trek.
• Tips, porterage charges, and camera fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges apply (No refund).
• 15 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges apply.
• 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges apply.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, alternate arrangements will be made if possible, but no cash refund will be provided.
• In case of lockdown, a Credit Shell valid for 12 months will be issued after deducting IRCTC/Airline cancellation fees.

Terms & Conditions

• Full payment must be completed 7 days prior to the travel date. Pending payments may lead to booking cancellation.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
• AC will not operate in hilly areas. Vehicle is provided strictly point-to-point as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• Tourists must take care of their personal belongings and luggage. The management is not responsible for loss or theft.
• Smoking and drinking inside the tourist vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• The tour company reserves the right to terminate any guest's trip immediately in case of misbehavior, illegal activities, or misconduct towards the tour manager or fellow travelers.
