Itinerary (Day Wise)

Day 1: Cuttack to Katra by Train

Train from your city to Katra/Jammu.
Begin your heavenly journey for Kashmir.
Overnight adventure.

Day 2: Katra Arrival

Reach Jammu/Katra station at night and transfer to hotel.
Katra is a small town in Reasi district within the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India, located in the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains, where the holy shrine of Vaishno Devi is located.
Dinner.
Stay at Katra.

Day 3: Katra to Srinagar

Breakfast.
Check out & proceed to Srinagar.
Enroute visit various tunnels which showcase the splendor and engineering wonder of India.
Check-in and relax at leisure.
Dinner.
Stay at Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar to Baltal

Breakfast.
Early morning departure to Baltal.
Collect RFID from the center.
Continue to trek base camp.
Experience free Langar at base camp.
Stay at camp (on your own).

Day 5: Amarnath Darshan - Baltal - Srinagar

Early morning move for Darshan.
Return back to Baltal.
Transfer to Srinagar hotel.
Dinner & stay at Srinagar.

Day 6: Gulmarg Tour

Breakfast.
Proceed to an excursion ride to Gulmarg.
Enjoy a picturesque drive to Gulmarg, which is home to the highest 18-hole golf course in the world. Arrive and enjoy a Gondola ride at your own expense (Gondola ride is subject to weather conditions). Gulmarg is one of the fine skiing destinations in India and is known for its colorful meadows.
Return to Srinagar hotel in the evening.
Dinner & stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Srinagar Local Sightseeing to Jammu/Katra

Breakfast and checkout.
Proceed for local sightseeing of Srinagar, visit Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh & Shalimar Bagh, Shri Shankaracharya Temple.
After sightseeing, leave for Jammu/Katra.
Night arrival at Jammu/Katra station.
Drop to station.
Board train to your city.

Fee for services which is not mentioned in "Inclusions".
Cost of additional activities aside from what is included, porterages, tips, etc.
Cost of change/addition in the itinerary.
Access charge to any monument, park, museum, monastery, or other visiting location.
Payment for services provided on a private basis.
Personal fees on items including laundry, soft & hard beverages, bottled water, incidentals, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the journey, 100% of the tour package amount will be charged as cancellation costs.
If cancelled 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the tour package amount will be charged as cancellation expenses.
If cancelled 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the tour package amount will be charged as cancellation costs.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government regulations, certain activities may be cancelled and in such instances, we will try our best to provide an alternate viable activity. However, no refund will be furnished for the same.
In case of lockdown in the destination region, a credit shell can be issued, which you may use in future bookings, after deduction of IRCTC/Airline cancellation fees.
The credit shell can be used in any journey within 12 months of issue for an equal number of individuals.

Terms & Conditions

Complete payment of the journey fee must be made before 7 days of the trip starting. Pending payments may eventually result in the cancellation of the trip.
General check-in time is 11 AM, so early check-in is subject to availability. Your cooperation would be appreciated.
Transportation shall be supplied as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal (AC will not work on hills).
Package fees are subject to change without previous notice, force majeure events, strikes, galas, festivals, climate situations, traffic troubles, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/rerouting of flights, closure of/access restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held responsible for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings even after the acceptance of payment without assigning any reason. In this case, the company shall refund the money to the guest. Any guest may be removed from the tour for misbehavior, particularly if it affects the organization, or for physical or verbal assault on the tour manager, without any refunds.

Additional Guidelines & Safety

Registration once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred, or exchanged.
Guests must wait for repairs in case of vehicle breakdown.
Visitors are solely liable for any mishappening, robbery, loss, injuries, or illegal activities such as carrying banned drugs during the excursion.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline will be tolerated on the tours. We are a tour organization and we aspire to bring to you a trouble-free and memorable experience.
In case of breakdown of the vehicle, travelers must wait for repairs or another alternative arranged by the company.
In case a 4x4 pickup vehicle is required due to heavy snow or traffic jams, customers must pay extra.
Travelers must take care of their baggage & property. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
Covid guidelines must be observed by all guests.
Our time of departure is fixed; guests must leave by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip manager(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. (We shall call you twice before scheduled departure.)
Tourists cannot drink or smoke inside the vehicle during the journey. Any form of misbehavior occurring during the trip gives the trip manager the complete and sole responsibility to cancel your ride at that point.
Amarnath Yatra organizers reserve the right to take pictures of members of a tour, which may be used for promotional purposes. Members who prefer their images not to be used must inform the tour leader/organization at the commencement of the trip.
The organization has the right to terminate any person during the journey due to misconduct / anti-social activities / breaching of regulations / unlawful activities / disrespectful behavior toward any person; in this situation, we will refund the amount for the remaining portion of the trip.
