Enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 02: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Baltal / Amarnath Cave Darshan – Sonmarg

Wake up early for breakfast and embark on a scenic morning drive from Srinagar toward Sonmarg and Baltal. Proceed to pay homage at the Holy Amarnath Cave shrine, housing the naturally formed Ice Shivlinga (accessible via the Baltal or Pahalgam route). After offering your prayers and seeking divine blessings, return to Sonmarg for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 03: Sonmarg to Srinagar Return & Leisure

Important Guidelines, Health Advisory & Restrictions

Health Advisory: The Amarnath pilgrimage involves high-altitude trekking up to 14,000 feet. Yatris must prepare by walking 4–5 km daily at least a month prior and practicing deep-breathing exercises or pranayam. Stay well-hydrated (approx. 5 liters of fluid daily) and consume high-carbohydrate foods.
Prohibitions: Slippers are strictly discouraged; wear lace-up trekking shoes with good grip. Alcohol, smoking, and caffeine-containing beverages are strictly prohibited during the Yatra.
Mandatory Documentation: Pilgrims must carry a valid Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) issued by an SASB-approved medical officer/institution along with a valid government photo ID (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Aadhaar Card). The CHC must be uploaded in PDF format (under 1MB) during registration.
Age & Health Restrictions: Children below 13 years and senior citizens above 70 years are strictly not permitted. Pregnant women with more than 6 weeks of pregnancy are also prohibited.
